Rhea Projects have been the managing agents for Cosy Homes in Lancashire (CHiL) since 2018, and are proud to have been awarded this contract again until 2025. A great accolade indeed.
During our tenure, we’ve successfully delivered over £20 million Local Authority Delivery (LAD) funding to residents in Lancashire.
We are currently delivering £41 million of Homes Upgrade Grants (HUG) to fuel-poor Lancashire residents who are eligible to access this government-funded grant scheme. We can help those low-income households living in a home not heated by mains gas (including oil, coal, LPG or only electric heating) and living in a hard-to-heat home (based on your home Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)), by providing energy efficiency upgrades and low-carbon heating
