Energy efficiency · Lancashire
We help Lancashire households access funded energy upgrades - insulation, heating and renewables that cut bills and cut carbon.
Who We are
Rhea Projects is an established managing agent for Lancashire local councils. We bring together local authorities, funders and vetted installers to deliver fully-funded home energy upgrades - so nobody has to choose between heating and eating.
From first enquiry to aftercare, we take care of the paperwork, coordinate the works and make sure every home we touch leaves warmer, healthier and cheaper to run
"Rhea didn't just fit a new boiler - they made sense of the whole process for Mum. She hasn't felt the cold this winter."
What we do
Eight core services delivered through our Lancashire installer network - always fully managed, often fully funded.
Angela praised the support from the Cosy Homes team, describing staff as “absolutely brilliant” and saying they always go the extra mile to help.
